Moving to OneDrive and SharePoint – The trust has introduced Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint as the new way for staff to store, access and share work files. The files will be stored in the cloud. Click on the navigation bar at the top of the page to access in-depth guides, top tips, video’s, and link to book one of our advertised training sessions. You can attach more than one SharePoint file in an email message at a time, when using the Outlook web version Attach file functionality:
  • Click the down arrow to the right of Share link , then select Attach
  • All files will attach at once

Note- If you have access to the 365 desktop licence, you will also see Recent items when selecting the Attach file functionality, this includes recent SharePoint documents you’ve been using, however you will only be able to select one to attach at a time.


Pressing on certain keyboard keys on a windows PC moves your cursor to the next line inside the same cell in Excel on the web
  1. Place the cursor in the cell where you want the line break to go
  2. Press Alt + Enter on your keyboard to move to next line within the cell

SharePoint sorts the Name column as text not as a number. This causes issues when wanting to save documents in numerical order, a workaround is by:
