Tokens expire within 96hr of creation.

1. Please ring service desk on 21000 to ask for a new token to be issued.

2. You will be issued another token by email during the call.

3. Service Desk will ask you to check your email and try to login while still on the call.

4. Once the token is used, the system will immediately require you to set a password.
