Quick Guide
You have created/edited a document using Document Creation and now wish to Sign and Send.
- Ensure you are logged into PowerChart with your own account.
- Within the document you are creating, refer to the Details tab on the right side of page.
- Department and Lead Clinician should auto-populate. If incorrect, please choose correct option from the drop-down list.
- You must select your name in the Signing Clinician list.
- Select your position from the drop-down list.
- Click on the green Sign and Send button on bottom right of page.
- This will send the document to the Document Store Print App.
You MUST be both logged in and selected as Signing Clinician for authentication to take place. Authentication changes the green button from ‘Sign and Finalise’ to ‘Sign and Send’. If this is not done correctly, you will not be able to send the letter.
