How to locate and use the Document Signing list.

  1. Within PowerChart, select Doc Signing form the tool bar, or from the view menu.
  2. All finalised documents associated to you will display.
  3. Click a document to open it. You will have these options:
    1. Edit
    2. Reject
    3. Sign
  4. The Sign button will become active once you have scrolled to the bottom of the document.
  5. Once signed the document will be displayed in the Document Store Print App and can then be sent.
Once signed the document needs to be sent via the Document Store Print App. This is usually done by a sectary or admin support.
