In the Patient record:

1. Click on Requests/Care Plans in the left hand dark blue menu.
2. Click on the +Add button.
3. Ensure the search drop down box is set to Contains.
4. Type the name of the required Care Plan into the Search box or search for “care plan” to get a full list.
5. Select the relevant Care Plan and click Done.
6. The Care Plan will appear under the Nursing Plans section as Planned Pending on the Orders tab.
7. Choose to either Initiate Now or Plan for Later.
