How to start / initiate a Care Plan in the patient record.

From the Requests / Care Plans section:

1. Select the Planned pending component of the care plan in the Order tab.
2. Click Initiate Now.
3. If Ordering Clinician Window appears ensure Lead Clinician selected.
4. Click Orders for Signature – bottom right hand of screen.
5. If any elements of the care plan require further information then complete these – the order will have a blue circle with a white cross next to it.
6. Click Sign and Refresh the screen.
