You’ve received an email attachment and need to edit the document

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In Outlook, click on the drop-down arrow to the right-hand side of the attachment in the email and, select Save to OneDrive – NHS
  2. The attachment will show that it has been ‘Saved to OneDrive‘ 
  3. Select the nine button 365 app launcher in the top-left hand side of your screen, then select OneDrive
  4. In My Files, click on My Documents then select the Attachments folder
  5. Search for and click on your file to open, view and, edit the document
