There may be times when you’ve sent an email to the wrong person and need to recall it.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In Outlook, open your Sent folder
  2. Double-click the message to open it in a separate window
  3. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right-hand side of the screen
  4. From the opening window select Advanced actions
  5. Select Recall message from the next opening window
  6. A Recall message window will appear asking if you want to proceed, click OK
  7. You will then receive a message recall notification
