This guide shows how to log into the Management Portal using Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). This can be done via Microsoft Authenticator or via email. Prior to these steps you will need to have activated your account and set up MFA.

Using Microsoft Authenticator

On your PC:

  1. Go to https://portal.myhealthcall.co.uk/
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Continue
  4. You will be prompted to enter a One Time Code

On your mobile phone:

  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App
  2. Select your Health Call account
  3. A one-time password code will be displayed

On your PC:

  1. Enter the code and click Continue
  2. You are now logged in

Using Email

This guide shows how to log in using your email address for MFA. Follow these steps if you do not have your mobile phone available or you are unable to access the Authenticator App.

  1. Go to https://portal.myhealthcall.co.uk/
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Continue
  4. Select Try another method
  5. Select Email

  1. A one time code will be sent to your NHS email address
  2. Enter the code and click Continue
  3. You are now logged in.

If you have access to the recovery code that was provided when you set up MFA this can also be used as an alternative log in method. Once used a new recovery code will be provided. Ensure this is stored in a safe and secure place.
