Viewing Care Plan Documentation

This guide shows how to view the documentation recorded within a care plan in PowerChart.

1. Select the plan you wish to view in the ‘Plan’ section.
2. Click the small arrow button on the left of the outcome/intervention.
3. The documentation will display
4. A triangle icon indicates additional information, this will display in the line or hover over to read.

1. Select the Document in Plan tab
2. Click the small + button towards the left  of the outcome/intervention.
3. Select a line to read any outcome description or outcome variance details.
4. The details are displayed in the panel on the right
