From the Requests/ Care Plans screen:

1. Select the plan you wish to view in the ‘Plan’ section.
2. Click the small arrow button on the left of the outcome/intervention.
3. A triangle icon indicates additional information, this will display in the line or hover over to read.

From the Document in Plan tab in the Requests/ Care Plans screen:

1. Click the small + button towards the left  of the outcome/intervention.
2. Select a line to read any outcome description or outcome variance details.
