Documenting Tasks/Activities in Patient List within CareCompass

Scenario

Recording tasks/activities for the patients that you provide care for on the ward.

Instructions

  1. Open the Activities section:
  • by clicking the small arrow to the right of Allergy information
  • or by clicking on the number column on the Activities on the right
  1. Select the activity you wish to complete i.e. Patient Rounding, Safety Thermometer.
  2. Click Document or Done to the bottom right to complete the activity.
  1. Clicking Document will open the relevant part of the patient record to allow you to document the activity for example; if Patient Rounding is selected.
  1. Or, if appropriate, click Not Done and enter a reason to mark as to why not done.
  2. Click the tick to sign off and save.
