Finding and Favouriting Links

This guide will give instructions on how to find and favourite links on the new Intranet.

1. From the homepage, click the Links icon (9 small gridded dots) at the top right of the page.
   
   
2. You will be redirected to the Links page. 

Search 

You can search links using the search box: 

1. Click into the search box. It will turn yellow once selected 
2. Type in the link you are looking for i.e. NHSMail and click the search icon
   
   
3. The page will reload and display the link(s) according to your search. 

A to Z 

You can use the A to Z feature to quickly jump to a specific letter.  

For example, if you were searching for ‘NHSMail’ again, you would click ‘N’ and this would automatically scroll you down to the ‘N’ section. 

Filtering 

You can filter links by selecting a category from the dropdown box and then clicking the ‘Filter results’ button.
