Searching Assessment data is useful when you wish to find something quickly and/or can’t remember where to find it.

1. From within a patient record, click on the Assessments/Fluid Balance tab.
2. Select the Navigator Band you wish to search.
3. Enter the name of the item you are looking for in the Find Item bar. The search is based on a “starts with” filter.
4.  If unable to find search term, click on the down facing arrow at end of Find Item bar to select a term from a list.
5. Results will populate in window beneath by date and time.
6. Click on result to view on page. The result field will be highlighted in green.

Note: Search is specific to the Navigator Band that you are in.
