How to set preferences for viewing the Medication List (Customise View).

1. Open Medication List.
2. Select Customise View from the right side of the screen.
3. Add a new column by selecting it from the Available Columns section, clicking Add to move into the Selected Columns section.
4. Any columns not required can be removed by selecting them in the Selected Columns section, choosing Remove to move them back to the Available Columns section.
5. Reorder the Selected Columns in line with Clinical Informatics/Pharmacy requirements to display in the order below using the up and down arrows to configure:
   • Notifications
   • Type
   • Start
   • Stop
   • Status
   • Order Name
   • Details
   • Order Comment
   • Ordering Clinician
   • Last Updated By
6. From the fields below the columns, select how to group and sort orders:
   • Group Orders By: Active/Inactive
   • Then By: Clinical Category
   • Sort Orders By: Order Name
   • Ascending order
7. Click OK, check the column heading ordering is correct.
