Quick Guide

The document Store Admin Portal can be used to add Departmental Autotext, as described below:

  1. Select the Autotext tab.
  2. Select your Department.
  3. Type a Name for the autotext. This name must be unique.
  4. Type or copy (ctrl + c) and paste (ctrl + v) your text.
  5. Include Data Items if required and click Save. The autotext will now be available to everyone in your department.
