Quick Guide

The document Store Admin Portal can be used to add Departmental AutoText, as described below:

  1. Select the AutoText tab
  2. Select your Department
  3. Type  a Name for the AutoTextl This name must be unique.
  4. Type or copy and paste your text using ctrl + v.
  5. Include Data Items if required and click Save. The autotext will now be usable by everyone in your department.
