Convert Inpatient Medications to Discharge Medications
- Open Discharge Summary dashboard (to access)
- Click Search and select your ward from the list.
- In line of correct patient, click Convert in Meds column.
- Right click on medication to be converted and select Convert to Prescription.
- Complete the mandatory fields (in yellow) Duration, Pre-Visit Med and GP to continue fields.
- Click Orders for Signature then Sign.
Add new discharge prescriptions
- Click either Edit or Convert in Meds column.
- Select the type filter Discharge Meds as Rx.
- Search and select the new medication.
- Select Order Sentence and click OK
- Repeat to add further medications.
- Click Orders for Signature then Sign.
