1. How to add a clinical alert for safeguarding etc.
2. From the top right hand corner select the Active clinical alerts
4. Select the + and this will expand the Clinical alerts options
5. Select required Common alerts option and enter Comments then Save & Close
6. The Active clinical alert will now display as shown below:
