Quick Guide

  1. Click ‘Draft Documents’ from the toolbar at the top of the screen OR by clicking the ‘View’ menu & then selecting ‘Draft Documents

  2. You will be presented with a list of documents – these may be discharge summaries, clinic letters etc.

  3. On the right hand side, under a ‘Finalised’ heading, there will either be a green tick with Yes or red cross with No next to the documents – this signifies which documents have been finalised versus those that are still in draft format

Note: Documents showing the green tick HAVE been finalised but HAVE NOT been signed by a signing clinician and HAVE NOT been sent

  4. Click on any of the documents to view them

  5. Once happy with the contents of the document click the green ‘Save and Finalise’ button in the bottom right hand corner

  6. Documents are now finalised and are ready to be signed and sent by a signing clinician

Note: If you have been made a signing clinician in the admin portal you can select yourself as the signing clinician from the right side menu. This will replace the ‘Save and Finalise’ button with ‘Sign and Send’.
