Accessing the Discharge Dashboard
- Either click Ward Dashboard in one of the grey rows at the top of the screen or Click View then Ward Dashboard.
- Click on the Discharge tab.
Set up
- Click Select List.
- Click Patient list and click on the list you wish to see displayed.
- If you do not see the list you need, click List Maintenance where you can create new lists or move available lists already created to become active.
- A list of Patients now appears.
- Customise the rows and columns:
- Click the drop-down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select Layout Configuration.
- Defaults to Columns. Add or Remove a column by ticking or unticking box. Can change column order by clicking and holding onto the 6 dot icon on the right side and dragging up or down.
- To configure row height, select Rows and tick radio button to display up to 5 lines per patient.
- If you have previously opened the patient’s record, data will display. Otherwise, you will need to establish relationships:
- Your Patient List will now be showing.
- Some patients may have inactive fields (boxes will appear grey).
- Click Establish Relationships.
- Click ‘select all’ and then ‘submit’.
- The page will reload, this may take a few moments.
