Quick Guide

If you are not the Lead or signing clinician you can complete the document but you cannot Sign it. You will have the option to Save and Finalise. The named clinicians can then pick up the document to sign from their Doc Signing list.

1. Complete the document.
2. Ensure the correct Lead and Signing clinicians are specified.
3. Select Save and Finalise in the bottom right corner.
