Quick Guide

  1. From within Schapptbook, click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
  2. In the Person tab, specify a Start Date to search for the patient, then click Find.
  3. Right‑click the correct appointment encounter and select Reschedule.
  4. Select “Yes” to the keep existing encounter question.
  5. Choose the new appointment date and new appointment time.
  6. Click Schedule.
  7. Click Confirm.
  8. Select Correspondence Select Resource and whether or not to send to external outpatient printer.
  9. Provide a Rescheduling Reason on the Offer tab. Click OK.
  10. Add comments, if necessary, and press OK.
