Quick Guide
- Open Schapptbook.
- Click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
- Click on Resource tab.
- Type clinic name in the resource field and press ellipse - clinic name will populate in the resource field.
- Click Find.
- A list of today's patient appointment's for the clinic will appear - find Patient name, right click and select patient.
- Select Modify Encounter.
- Click Ok in the Undo Conversation window.
- Right click the appointment a second time and select Undo Check In.
N.B. The patient is now showing a status of "Confirmed" in the State column.
