Quick Guide

  1. Open Schapptbook.
  2. Click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
  3. Click on Resource tab.
  4. Type clinic name in the resource field and press ellipse - clinic name will populate in the resource field.
  5. Click Find.
  6. A list of today's patient appointment's for the clinic will appear - find Patient name, right click and select patient.
  7. Select Modify Encounter.
  8. Click Ok in the Undo Conversation window.
  9. Right click the appointment a second time and select Undo Check In.

N.B. The patient is now showing a status of "Confirmed" in the State column.
