  1. This can be completed for either woman or baby as required dependant on which menu option is selected
  2. Using the Enter new note… search function
  3. Type cli in the Search box
  4. The search will return both:
  5. Clinical note (woman)
  6. Clinical note (baby)
  7. Alternatively with Notes During Pregnancy selected from the left hand side menu and highlight the relevant option from the timeline
  8. The Add New Button will appear on the right-hand side on the New Notes blue bar
  9. Using the drop-down arrow menu
  10. Selected the required Clinical note or Review and complete fields as required
  11. At the bottom of the form there is a box named Confidential if this selected then this WILL NOT be published to Badger Notes and not be visible to the woman
