How to use the Full Notes (Woman) and Full Notes (Baby) screens to view all notes recorded in the pregnancy or baby record

Full Notes (Woman)

  1. In the pregnancy record, select the Full Notes (Woman) menu option on the left
  2. The Full Notes screen is divided into three columns
    1. The left column allows you to filter the note list
    2. The centre column contains quick links to information at the top and a chronological list of notes below
    3. The right hand column contains details of the currently selected note(s)
  3. Clicking into the details (blue text) of a selected note in the right hand column will open the original form allowing data to be modified (if you have write access to the record)

Filtering the document list

  1. In the filter column in red on the left, select the type of note you wish to view
  2. The total number of notes of that type is shown in brackets next to the note type e.g. Labour Assessment (3)
  3. All notes of the selected type will display in the centre column
  4. Details of the note(s) selected will display on the right
  5. If more than one note has been retrieved all will be selected when the filter is applied, allowing you to scroll through the notes in the right hand column
  6. To select a specific note, click on it in the centre column
  7. To clear the filter and return to the full notes list, click the Reset to Custom Filter option at the top of the left hand column

Full Notes (Baby #)

  1. If the mother and baby records are linked, the Full Notes (Baby #) option can be accessed in the Baby section in the left hand menu of the pregnancy record
  2. If there is more than one baby recorded each baby will have it’s own set of Full Notes
  3. If the mother and baby records are not linked, the baby record should be accessed via the Baby Lists tab at the top of the screen. On opening the record the Full Notes can be accessed in the same way as described for the mother above
