Quick Guide

The following guidance shows how to record HOUDINI and Catheter in PowerChart

1. From within an open patient record in PowerChart, select Assessment / Fluid Balance from the menu
2. Select Adult Lines – Devices navigator band
3. Select Urinary Catheter section
4. Click the Repeatable Group button
5. From the Activity dropdown select Assessment
6. Under Urinary Catheter Indications, you can then add HOUDINI
