Notes created by students should be signed (verified) by their mentor or a qualified member of staff
  1. Complete the appropriate sections on the workflow page as required.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the light grey menu on the left.
  3. Select an option from the Create Note section (blue links). 
  4. Edit your text as necessary.
  5. Select Sign/Submit if the note is complete, if not Save or Save and Close until note is complete.
  6. Once Sign/Submit has been selected, check the note title, type and date/ time.
  7. Search for the person that will countersign (sign the note on your behalf):
  8. Select the person from the search window (if there is more than one displayed).
  9. Click OK.
  10. If this person will sign future notes, click the star next to their name – to default to this selection for each note created, also select the default tick.
  11. Ensure that the Sign radio button is selected on the right:
  12. Click Submit.
  13. The note will display in Document Viewing as “Unauthorised” until it has been countersigned:
