Highlight Mandatory (Required) Fields
Each conversation that you use within PM Office may have Mandatory fields – fields that you must complete. The first time you use any conversation, you will need to display these fields:
- Right Click in any of the grey area, away from any fields.
- Select Highlight Mandatory Fields.
- Any mandatory fields in the conversation will now be highlighted in yellow.
