This guide shows how to view Allergies in the patient’s record via PowerChart. There are multiple ways to view allergy information, as detailed below:

1. Open a patient record.
2. Allergies are displays in bold text in the middle of the blue bar at the top of patient record.
3. Click here to open a window displaying more information:

1. Open a patient record.
2. In any workflow screen, select the Allergies and Adverse Reactions component from the light grey menu on the left.
3. Click an allergy to view more information.

1. Open Doctors Worklist.
2. Allergies are displayed in the Allergies column.
3. Click in the column to view more information.

1. Open CareCompass.
2. The word ‘Allergies’ is displayed below the patient’s name.
3. Hover the mouse here to see more information.

1. In the patient record, select Great North Care Record in the blue menu.
2. Allergies will be listed in the following sections:
   1. Allergies, Drug Risks/Warnings
   2. GP Records > Allergies and Adverse Reactions
   3. Community > All Views > Allergies and Adverse
      Reactions
   4. Mental Health > CNTW Records > Allergies and
      Adverse Reactions
