Quick Guide

1. From the Orders for Signature screen, select the order(s) in the top part of the screen.
2. Complete the following details, mandatory fields are highlighted in yellow, in the bottom of the screen:
   • Are you collecting the sample now? – select NO
   • Collection Priority – Outpatient Phebotamy
   • Reason for request – as appropriate
   • Collection Date and Time – set to the date/time the sample will be taken
   • Do you want to print a label? – select NO
   • Lead Clinician to receive report? – as appropriate
3. Click Sign.
