Using order favourites via Requests/Care Plans

Scenario

How to use your order favourites when ordering via Requests / Care Plans or Drug List within PowerChart.

Instructions
  1. From Requests/Care Plans or Drug List, click + Add.
  2. Select the appropriate order Type from the drop-down list.

  1. Click the Favourites icon (star).
  2. Click the item you want to order.

Additional Information

The favourites that display when clicking the star relate to the Type used when saving them. The table below shows which type to select to view/use a favourite.

Medication Inpatient Inpatient
Discharge Meds as Rx Discharge Meds as RX

Outpatient Prescribing
