Quick Guide

The Capacity Management system will automatically assign a porter to a task. If your area has a dedicated porter, you can reassign to that porter. This requires special permissions which can be requested through Service Portal.

  1. Click on Portering list tab.
  2. For task of interest, click on the Porter field.
  3. Click on the ellipsis symbol (…) that now shows.
  4. Select your porter from the Available Staff list and click on the arrow in the centre of the window.
  5. Select the porter that is no longer required in the Selected Staff list and click on the arrow in the centre of the window.
  6. Click OK.
