Modifying an existing assessment

1. Right click the assessment you wish to modify or change
2. Select Modify

3. The assessment text will turn purple
4. Enter or select the new value(s)
5. Sign using the green tick
6. The modified value will show a small blue triangle to the bottom right

Un-recording an existing assessment

1. Right click the assessment you wish to unrecord
2. Select Unrecord

3. In the pop up that appears select the reason – Other

4. Add a comment
5. Click Sign
6. The value will now display as “In Error”. The value history can be accessed by double-clicking the field
