On CareCompass:

For multiple patients:

1. Click the Establish Relationships button towards the top of the page: 
2. Select your relationship from the drop down at the top e.g. Clinical.
3. All patients will be select by default – unselect if you do not wish to establish a relationship with a patient.
4. Click ‘Establish‘ at the bottom right of the screen.

For a single patient:

1. Click the ‘No Relationship Exists‘ link to the right of the patient’s name.
2. Select your relationship from the drop down at the top e.g. Clinical.
3. Click ‘Establish‘ at the bottom right of the screen.
