From within CapMan on the ‘Bed Board‘

1. Click on the ‘Bed Swap‘ icon
2. The ‘Bed Swap‘ function is now enabled
3. In the Bedboard, click on the first patient, hold the mouse button down then drag the first patient onto the second patient
4. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm the swap

This will only work if you have a patient in each bed

Be careful not to release the mouse button prematurely as this turns off the ‘Bed Swap‘
