From within CapMan:

1. Click the List Properties button and select Filter/Sort Properties.
2. Again, click the List Properties button and select Add Custom List.
3. Give your list an appropriate name and click OK
4. Your list will now appear as a new tab.
5. Select the appropriate filter type e.g. Include
6. Select the ward from the location menu
