Adding an Admin Note
From the relevant tab of your Task List:
- Right click on a task
- Select Create Admin Note
- Enter the note
- Click OK
- A note icon will display beside the task – click this to view the note
To Remove the note:
- Click the icon
- Select ‘Clear’
- Click OK
To Amend the note:
- Click the icon
- Update the text
- Click OK
