Adding an Admin Note
How to add, remove and amend an admin note in Task List.
Add note
From the relevant tab of your Task List:
- Right click on a task.
- Select Create Admin Note.
- Enter the note.
- Click OK.
- A note icon will display beside the task – click this to view the note.
Remove note
- Click the icon.
- Select ‘Clear’.
- Click OK.
Amend the note
- Click the icon.
- Update the text.
- Click OK.
