How to add, remove and amend an admin note in Task List.

Add note

From the relevant tab of your Task List:

  1. Right click on a task.
  2. Select Create Admin Note.
  3. Enter the note.
  4. Click OK.
  5. A note icon will display beside the task – click this to view the note.
Remove note
  1. Click the icon.
  2. Select ‘Clear’.
  3. Click OK.
Amend the note
  1. Click the icon.
  2. Update the text.
  3. Click OK.
