From the relevant tab of your Task List:

  1. Right click on a task
  2. Select Create Admin Note
  3. Enter the note
  4. Click OK
  5. A note icon will display beside the task – click this to view the note

To Remove the note:

  1. Click the icon
  2. Select ‘Clear’
  3. Click OK

To Amend the note: 

  1. Click the icon
  2. Update the text
  3. Click OK
