How to change the time frame of the task list.

Settings such as the time frame are set on a tab by tab basis. So you will need to choose a time frame separately for each tab you are using e.g. Referrals, Contacts etc.

From the relevant tab within Task List:

  1. Right click on ‘Assigned Tasks‘ (towards top left)
  2. Click ‘Customise Patient View
  1. Click the ‘Time Frame‘ tab (top left of the box)
  1. Select ‘Generic Time Frame
  1. Set the Date/Time range 
  1. Click ‘OK
  2. Tasks for that Date/Time range will now show
Changes to the time frame will need to be re-set to ‘Defined Time Frame > 24 Hour Shift’ when no longer required or your most recently received tasks will not be displayed.
