Documenting Contacts – AdHoc
With a patient record open:
- Select the AdHoc button at the top of the screen.
- Select the Contacts Folder.
- Open the relevant form.
- Select the Contact Type.
- Complete the ‘Who Saw the Patient?‘ section.
- Add your clinical and non-clinic time.
- Select an Episode of Care Outcome as appropriate.
- NOTE: Entering a date in the Follow Up Scheduled Time box will not schedule an Outpatient Appointment – please use existing departmental processes.
- Click the green tick to sign.
