Documenting Contacts – AdHoc
From the Task List:
- Select the ‘Contacts‘ tab
- Double click a patient’s name to open the contact form
- Select the Contact Type
- Complete the ‘Who Saw the Patient?‘ section
- Add your clinical and non-clinic time
- Select an Episode of Care Outcome as appropriate
- NOTE: Entering a date in the Follow Up Scheduled Time box will not schedule an Outpatient Appointment – please use existing departmental processes
- Click the tick to sign
