With a patient record open:

  1. Select the AdHoc button at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Contacts Folder.
  3. Open the relevant form.
  4. Select the Contact Type.
  5. Complete the ‘Who Saw the Patient?‘ section.
  6. Add your clinical and non-clinic time.
  7. Select an Episode of Care Outcome as appropriate.
  8. NOTE: Entering a date in the Follow Up Scheduled Time box will not schedule an Outpatient Appointment – please use existing departmental processes.
  9. Click the green tick to sign.
