  1. Open the patient record via Ambulatory Organiser
  2. Click on Patient Task List in the left hand menu
  3. Click on Nurse Collect/ Supply tab 
  4. Double click on the task to open the Medication Supply Record Form
  5. Record details of medications supplied – allows 4 medications, if more complete an additional form, sign by clicking green tick
  6. A green tick is now showing the task as completed in the Patient Task List
  7. Click on refresh and the task disappears from the task list

Return to Outpatients
