Signing Dental Student Documentation of Medication History

Medication histories documented by dental students must be signed by a clinician using Outpatient Reconcile.

Review and Sign Medications

1. Open the patient chart in the Dental workflow.
2. Go to Home Medications.
3. Click Outpatient Reconcile (top right).
   
4. For each medication marked Documented:
• If a current medication, select the radio button in the green play button column.
• If no longer a current medication, select the radio button in the red square button column.
5. Click on Reconcile and Sign (bottom right).
   

View Documentation History

1. In Home Medications, click View Details (top right).
2. Review:
• Who documented the medication
• Who reconciled and signed.
