Quick Guide

To depart a patient from SystmOne in an Urgent Treatment Centre:

1. Right click on the patients details on the A&E Screen
2. Hover over Departure then click the Departure option
3. Complete the departure details (any mandatory fields will have a red asterisk next to them)
4. Click OK

Note: You may need to complete clinical coding for this patient if it hasn’t been completed already.
