Quick Guide
How to complete an assessment in the Assessments / Fluid Balance section of the patient record.
- Select the relevant navigator band, e.g. Adult Systems Assessment.
- Select the relevant section within the band e.g. Falls Assessment.
- Start the assessment by double clicking at the top of the relevant time column.
If you do not double-click in the top of the section you can still enter data but you will need to double-click each field to open it, which takes more time.
- The first answer box will automatically open.
- Complete the fields as required.
- Click sign.
