Quick Guide

  1. When the record is locked, a window will appear. Make a note of the Username, Locked Location, and Date & Time.
  2. Hold Shift + Alt + Ctrl and right-click on the empty area of the grey menu bar at the top.
  3. When the debug window appears, select the record’s creation date at the bottom and click Unlock.
  4. Select the record you wish to unlock and click Unlock.
  5. Click Select Case, select record and click OK to open the record and resume charting.
