How to disassociate a medical device from the patient record.

1. With a patient record open, select Assessments/ Fluid Balance from the main menu.
2. Click the small Associate Devices icon just below the screen title.

3. In the pop-up window, select the tick-box next to the device name.

4. Click the Disassociate button to the top right.
