How to add an admin note next to the patient’s appointment information in Ambulatory Organiser.

From the List tab in Ambulatory Organiser with a Resource selected:

  1. Click on the add note icon in the notes column for the patient you wish to record a note for.
  2. Type in text and save note – you can save more than one admin note if required.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Icon now changes to indicate 1 or more notes have been saved.
  5. To see saved notes click on the icon again.
Notes created in Ambulatory Organiser are not part of the patient record and should not be used to communicate clinical information
