How to record a patient’s mattress, type cushion and heal protector within the Pressure Relieving Equipment section.

1. With a patient record open, navigate to Adult System Assessment within the Assessments / Fluid Balance screen.
2. Select Pressure Relieving Equipment.
3. The assessment will open and where you can record:
   • Mattress Type
   • Cushion Type
   • Heal Protector Type
4. Sign using the green tick button.
