Change Assessment Timescale Intervals

Scenario

How to change the frequency of time columns within an assessment in Assessments/Fluid Balance.

When completing an assessment the default timescale is Actual, meaning that there will be one time column for the current time. If no data is entered the time automatically changes each minute, meaning any data entry is always recorded at the current (actual) time.

This guide shows how to change the timescale frequency. For example, if the frequency is set to hourly, a column for each hour will be displayed.

Changing the timescale will only change the settings of the currently selected band e.g. Adult Quick View.
From a time column
  1. With a patient record open, navigate to Assessments/Fluid Balance.
  2. Right click at the top of any time column.
  3. Select the required timescale.

From the menu
  1. With Assessments/Fluid Balance open, select Options at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Timescale Intervals.
  3. Select the required timescale.
