Quick Guide

1. From Assessments/Fluid Balance, select the appropriate Navigator band; either Adult, Paediatric , Recovery or ICU Lines-Devices.
2. Select the type of Line, Tube or Device you wish to document.
3. Double click in the blue field at the top of the column to add a tick.
4. Click the Add Repeatable Group.
5. In the pop-up window, select the appropriate information to label the Line, Tube or Device and click OK.

6. In the Activity field, select “Insertion” from the drop down list. This will generate the relevant fields for you to document the details of the insertion.
