5. How to apply and save filters
When viewing the amendment list or cancellation list Filters can be applied for the following criteria:
- Date Range
- Site
- Department
- Clinic
- Assignee
- Appointment ID
- NHS Number
Filters can be saved common filter criteria to be applied easily.
Please Note: Remember to click reset to remover a filter when it is no longer meeded.
Setting a filter
- Click Open Filter

- Enter the criteria you wish to filter by
- Click Filter

The list of requests will be filtered accordingly. When a filter is applied Filter Active will be displayed:

To remove a filter:
- Click Open Filter

- Click Reset

The filters will be removed and No Filters Active will be displayed:

To save a filter:
- Enter the criteria you wish to filter by
- Click Filter
- Click Options
- Click Save Filter As

- Give the filter a name
- Click Save Filters

To use a saved filter:
- Click Open Filter
- Click Options
- Select the filter you wish to apply in the Saved Filters section

The filter will be applied, indicated by Filter Active being displayed:
